Our Manufacturing Process

Double Envelope operates four manufacturing facilities, each equipped with state-of-the-art converting technology and the capacity to produce a wide range of envelopes at any scale. Our in-house art department and 24-48 hour proofing system ensure that your program gets off the ground quickly—without sacrificing accuracy.

Quality control is built into every step of our process, from order entry to final delivery. Our Process Improvement Teams work continuously to identify and eliminate issues before they affect your program, and we measure performance against defined standards like:
